Registration

Below are the necessary requirements for Grades K-6  and for Grades 7-12 enrollment. To register your student, call eCademy to set up an appointment with our Principal, Tim Norton, and bring in the required documents/forms.  The eCademy registration form is available in the office.

Requirements for Grades K-6 Enrollment  

  1. Immunization Records (State Law)
  2. Birth Record
  3. Verification of address to include a current copy of a utility bill (PG&E, TID) in parent/guardian's name.

Requirements for Grades 7-12 Enrollment 

Requirements for Enrollment - Grades 7-12

  1. Immunization Records (State Law)
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Transcript (unofficial) and drop slip with current grades from last school attended.
  4. Verification of address to include a current copy of a utility bill (PG&E, TID) in parent/guardian's name
  5. SAT 9/CST standardized test results
  6. California High School Exit Exam scores
  7. Copy of CELDT scores, if applicable, to include date previously tested and name of school where testing took place.
  8. A parent or guardian must accompany student at time of enrollment.
